This Russell Cabin floor plan is the closest to the Ranch Club facilities. The property has a full gourmet kitchen with seating for 12. There are two master suites on the upper floor with ensuite baths. The ground floor has one bedroom with twin beds convertible to a standard King bed with an ensuite bath. The other lower level accommodation is a bunk room with two upper and two lower bunks with trundel twin beds under the lower bunks this room has a separate shared full bath. Both floors have a great room adjacent with 65 inch video displays.

Promontory is located 15-20 minutes from downtown Park City and from three popular ski resorts. This 6,500 sq. ft. three floor, 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom home located in the Promontory Ranch Club neighborhood is luxurious and set up to accommodate large families. We designed this home with private bathrooms in every bedroom and bunk beds in multiple bedrooms in order to accommodate large families that like to travel together but don't want to stay in multiple hotel rooms. The house offers an open kitchen/ dining room layout that is perfect for entertaining and hanging out on a daily basis. The kitchen has a large 6 burner gas range and oven with double viking ovens. There are double refrigerators and a wine cooler. The main areas are equipped with a sonos powered sound system for your music entertainment. The main dining room table is an 8 foot round custom glass table that easily accommodates 12 or more guest for comfortable dining. Every bedroom has its own television and there is wifi throughout the home. There is an upstairs and downstairs living space, with entertainment centers. There is a separate game room area downstairs that has X-box and Wi gaming consoles. Outdoors there is a large 48 inch DCS gas burner BBQ grill that reaches temperatures of 600 degrees. This is a semi-private space is located in a home 20 min outside of Park City.  You will need a car to get yourself around but it will be well worth it! The semi-private space is situated on 3 acres and has a beautiful lawn and courtyard garden in the summer and depending on the time of year with fruits and vegetables available for picking.  In the winter there is a 6-person hot-tub that provides unparalleled views of the mountains.  There is very little light pollution so the stars shine bright in the midnight sky. Towerhouse is located up a semi-improved road off of I80. In the Winter months you must have an all-wheel drive or 4x4 vehicle with snow tires. The roads are plowed, but snow-packed in the Winter and there are 'steep' grades. This is mountain living at it's best, there are lots of log cabins in this friendly community called Pine Meadows Ranch. The master bedroom is on the top floor of Towrehouse with an open vaulted view of the pyramid ceiling. Exposed wooden beams highlight this 400 sq ft floor. The house if perfect for a couple. If you have 1-2 extra guests there is an inflatable queen mattress or high-quality foam mattress that can be placed in the living room. The views are spectacular and the wildlife is plentiful. Note: Snowstorms - The property manager shovels the stairs before your arrival, but not during your stay. (a shovel will be at the front door) If it snows during your stay, a plow and or blower/tractor may show up to clear the driveway. (you may need to move your vehicle during this process).

Our 30 year old, 5-bedroom home in located at the end of a country road, adjacent to a wilderness preserve. Excellent hiking, snowshoeing, xc skiing and more from the house. This executive home is comfortable with main floor master, 2 fireplaces, room for guests and lots of privacy.

Spacious cabin in Toll Gate Canyon. This 5 bedroom, 3 Bathroom, is open and spacious. The cabin is furnished with washer and dryer, bedding for all the beds and an open loft for the little ones to play and sleep. The main family room has a wood burning fireplace, TV with local dish and DVD. The covered deck overlooks the wooded valley where Elk and Moose are seen on a regular basis. The cabin has a complete kitchen with utensils, pots, pans and most everything your could possibly need for a great get a way. Enjoy a barbecue on the back patio or explore the 100's of acres of aspen and pine trees. If you just want to get a way for a few days, or even the entire week, this is the place to relax.

PLEASE HAVE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND SNOW TIRES EVEN CHAINS IN THE WINTER MONTHS. IT WILL BE NECESSARY!! SORRY THIS IS NOT A GOOD SET UP FOR WEDDINGS OR RECEPTIONS. NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Nestled in the woods but right off a freeway exit. Also in the heart of sportsman's paradise, with many hiking trails, mountain biking trails. This is also a great spot for photographers, writers, but also families and honeymooners.
